📍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to the following locations:
Orders placed from these excluded locations will be canceled and refunded.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders—no hidden fees or surprises at checkout.There is no minimum purchase required, and the shipping fee to your home will be covered by us. All products are shipped free of charge.

The price you see is the final price, including all applicable fees such as customs duties and import charges. You won’t need to pay any additional VAT or duties at checkout.
However, in rare cases, depending on your country's regulations, local customs may still impose additional taxes (such as VAT) or fees. These charges are beyond our control. If you are unexpectedly charged, please keep all receipts and contact our customer service team with the related documents. We will review the charges and reimburse you for any overpaid duties or taxes.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time
Our delivery timeline comprises two components:
Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.
Transit Time: The time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been shipped.
Depending on the product's origin, the timelines are as follows:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 27–37 business days
Estimated Delivery: 28–40 business days

🔄 Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@samdema.com with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
📦 Packaging & Handling
To ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition, we employ robust packaging methods:
Inner Protection: Items are encased in foam padding within a durable cardboard box.
Outer Reinforcement: The package is further secured with a sturdy wooden crate frame to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
