You may request a return or exchange within 30 business days of receiving your order. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

We accept order cancellations, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must not have been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  2. Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has started.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

  • Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 3โ€“5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notice: Please do not return the product to the original address without authorization. You must contact us first to confirm the return address, which will be provided to you via email.
