At Samdema, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


📅 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 business days of receiving your order. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.


🛑Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must not have been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  2. Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has started.



 

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

  • Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for return.

 

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Within the return window, email us at service@samdema.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notice: Please do not return the product to the original address without authorization. You must contact us first to confirm the return address, which will be provided to you via email.

 

 

💸 Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
